Uttarakhand is known as Devbhoomi, and it is indeed.
Kumaon is a breathtaking region extending from the northern ends of Uttarakhand up
to Tibet. Blessed with abundant natural beauty, biodiversity, crystal clear lakes, and
snow clad mountains, there are numerous tourist places in Kumaon that draws
thousand of tourist annually.
Snuggled in the foothills of the majestic Himalayas, Kumaon is located in Uttarakhand,
the northern hill province of India. It’s cool and fresh mountain breeze, the ethereal
Himalayan scenic view, tall swaying Pine and Deodar trees, and the rolling cultivation
of hill crops would captivate any tourist.
Day 00: Delhi to Kasar Devi, Almora
- Drive 420 km from Delhi to Kasar Devi (11-12 hours)
- Overnight journey to Haldwani, then 3-hour mountain drive to Kasar Devi
Day 01: Kasar Devi, Chitai Temple, Jageshwar Dham
- Arrive at Kasar Devi around 11 AM and check into the hotel
- Visit Chitai Temple (12 km away), then Jageshwar Dham (30 km from Chitai)
- Return to Kasar Devi, watch sunset at Cranks Ridge, visit Kasar Devi Temple
- Enjoy evening at leisure, dine at local cafes, overnight stay in hotel
Day 02: Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary, Kainchi Dham, Sattal, Naukuchiatal
- Short hike to Zero Point in Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary (15 km drive, 2 km hike)
- Drive 90 km to Naukuchiatal via Kainchi Dham, Sattal, and Bhimtal (4 hours)
- Seek blessings at Kainchi Dham, enjoy activities at Sattal, reach Naukuchiatal
- Check into hotel, relax, dinner, and overnight stay
Day 03: Naukuchiatal, Pari Tal Trek, Nainital, Return to Delhi
- Morning hike to Pari Tal (15 km drive, 2 km hike from Naukuchiatal)
- Drive 25 km to Nainital, spend day visiting Snow View Point, Naina Devi Temple, Mall Road, and Naini Lake
- Evening departure to Delhi (325 km, 8 hours)
- End of trip, take back wonderful memories

MUV, Swift Dzire or similar (depending on the size of the group).
– 2 nights accommodation on triple/quad sharing basis at Hotel.
– Meals (vegetarian) at Mapi plan, From Dinner on Day 1 to breakfast on Day 3. (4
Meals- 2 Dinner + 2 Breakfast+ Hi-Tea).

EXCLUSIONS:
– Anything that has not been mentioned in the inclusions mentioned above.
– Meals during Transit- Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in package

– Any additional expenses such as of personal nature/excursions/medical exigency
not mentioned in the inclusions.
– Any Monument/ View Point fees during sightseeing.
– Any Activity Fees.
– Insurance.
– Extended stay or travelling due to any reason.

Natural Calamities and Unforeseen Circumstances:
- Not responsible for loss, delay, or cancellation due to natural disasters, bad roads, roadblocks, or unforeseen events.
- No responsibility for additional transportation or accommodation costs in such cases.
Check-in and Adjustments:
- No adjustments if the guest checks in at a different place than reserved.
Plan Changes:
- Be flexible; last-minute changes may occur due to bad weather for safety.
- Guests cannot make last-minute itinerary changes; the company can if necessary.
Refund Policy:
- No refunds for unused services due to unforeseen circumstances.
Accommodation Changes:
- Reserved accommodation may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Vehicle Breakdown:
- Alternate vehicle provided in case of breakdown; no compensation for lost time, missed meals, or missed events.
No-show and Early Check-out:
- Non-refundable for no-shows; early check-out incurs a one-night room charge plus taxes.
Government Orders and Other Issues:
- No refunds for issues caused by government orders, strikes, weather, protests, or landslides.
- Backup plans are usually available, but some activities may be canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances.
The following refund shall be payable to the guest in case of valid cancellation as
per the guidelines.
– Cancellations up to 21 days prior to departure date: 70% refund
– Between 21 days to 14 days prior to departure: 50% refund
– Between 14 days to 10 days prior to departure: 30% refund
– Less than 10 days of departure: Non Refundable
