Day 1: Haridwar to Guptkashi / Phata

• Pick-up from Haridwar.
• Drive 200 km (8 hours) to Guptkashi.
• Stop at Devprayag (confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers).
• Visit Vishwanath and Ardhnareshwar temples in Guptkashi.
• Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Guptkashi.

Day 2: Guptkashi to Kedarnath

• Breakfast, then check out and leave luggage at the hotel.
• Drive 30 km (2 hours) to Sonprayag, then take a local vehicle to Gaurikund (4 km).
• Trek 19 km to Kedarnath.
• Check-in to basic accommodation.
• Attend Sandhya Aarti & Darshan.
• Dinner and overnight stay at Kedarnath.

Day 3: Kedarnath to Guptkashi

• Morning Darshan, then trek 19 km back to Sonprayag.
• Coordinate with the driver for pick-up.
• Drive 30 km back to Guptkashi.
• Dinner and overnight stay at Guptkashi.

  

Day 4: Guptkashi to Badrinath and Joshimath

• Breakfast, then drive 190 km (7 hours) to Badrinath.
• Visit Badrinath Temple and Mana Village.
• Drive 45 km (2 hours) to Joshimath.
• Check-in, freshen up, and relax.
• Dinner and overnight stay at Joshimath.

Day 5: Joshimath to Haridwar

• Breakfast, then drive 276 km (10 hours) to Haridwar.
• Visit Dhari Devi Temple on the way.
• Arrive in Haridwar, concluding the journey with cherished memories.

INCLUSIONS:

The Do Dham Yatra package includes:
– Transportation support throughout the journey. Vehicle Type –Tempo Traveller 12s
– 3 nights accommodation on double/ triple /Quad sharing basis at Hotels.
– 1 night accommodation at sharing basis in Kedarnath. Hotel room depends on bed basis in
Kedarnath with basic facilities.
-Meals (vegetarian), MAPI Plan (Dinner & Breakfast) From Dinner on Day 1 to breakfast on
Day 6. (Excluding Kedarnath)
– All Toll Tax, Parking, and Driver allowances.

EXCLUSIONS:

The Do Dham Yatra package does not include:
– Anything that has not been mentioned in the inclusions mentioned above.
– Meals during Transit- Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in package inclusions.
– Any additional expenses such as of personal nature/excursions/medical exigency not
mentioned in the inclusions.
– Any Monument/ View Point fees during sightseeing.
– Insurance.
– Extended stay or travelling due to any reason

1. Natural Calamities and Unforeseen Circumstances:

   • Not responsible for loss, delay, or cancellation due to natural disasters, bad roads, roadblocks, or unforeseen events.
   • No responsibility for additional transportation or accommodation costs in such cases.

2. Check-in and Adjustments:

   • No adjustments if the guest checks in at a different place than reserved.

3. Plan Changes:

   • Be flexible; last-minute changes may occur due to bad weather for safety.
   • Guests cannot make last-minute itinerary changes; the company can if necessary.

4. Refund Policy:

   • No refunds for unused services due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Accommodation Changes:

   • Reserved accommodation may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Vehicle Breakdown:

   • Alternate vehicle provided in case of breakdown; no compensation for lost time, missed meals, or missed events.

7. No-show and Early Check-out:

   • Non-refundable for no-shows; early check-out incurs a one-night room charge plus taxes.

8. Government Orders and Other Issues:

   • No refunds for issues caused by government orders, strikes, weather, protests, or landslides.
   • Backup plans are usually available, but some activities may be canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances.

The following refund shall be payable to the guest in case of valid cancellation as
per the guidelines.
– Cancellations up to 21 days prior to departure date: 70% refund
– Between 21 days to 14 days prior to departure: 50% refund
– Between 14 days to 10 days prior to departure: 30% refund
– Less than 10 days of departure: Non Refundable
