Day 01: Haridwar to Guptkashi/Phata

• Drive 200 km from Haridwar to Guptkashi (about 8 hours)
• Stop at Devprayag to see the confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers
• Visit Vishwanath and Ardhnareshwar temples in Guptkashi
• Dinner and overnight stay in Guptkashi.

Day 02: Guptkashi to Kedarnath via Sonprayag

• After breakfast, drive 30 km (2 hours) to Sonprayag
• Take a local vehicle from Sonprayag to Gaurikund (4 km)
• Trek 19 km from Gaurikund to Kedarnath
• Check into basic accommodation in Kedarnath
• Attend evening Aarti, dinner, and overnight stay in Kedarnath

Day 03: Kedarnath to Guptkashi via Sonprayag

• After Darshan, trek back 19 km from Kedarnath to Gaurikund
• Drive back to Guptkashi from Sonprayag (30 km/2 hours)
• Dinner and overnight stay in Guptkashi

   

Day 04: Guptkashi to Chopta and Tungnath Trek

• After breakfast, drive 42 km (2.5 hours) to Chopta
• Trek 6 km to Tungnath and Chandrashila
• Return to Chopta by evening, dinner, and overnight stay at a campsite in Chopta

Day 05: Chopta to Haridwar

• After breakfast, drive 240 km (10 hours) back to Haridwar
• End of the journey with great memories of Kedarnath and Tungnath

INCLUSIONS:

The Do Dham Yatra package includes:
– Transportation support throughout the journey. Vehicle Type –Tempo Traveller 12s
– 3 nights accommodation on double/ triple /Quad sharing basis at Hotels.
– 1 night accommodation at sharing basis in Kedarnath. Hotel room depends on bed basis in
Kedarnath with basic facilities.
-Meals (vegetarian), MAPI Plan (Dinner & Breakfast) From Dinner on Day 1 to breakfast on
Day 6. (Excluding Kedarnath)
– All Toll Tax, Parking, and Driver allowances.

EXCLUSIONS:

The Do Dham Yatra package does not include:
– Anything that has not been mentioned in the inclusions mentioned above.
– Forest Permit for Tungnath.
– Meals during Transit- Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in package inclusions.
– Any additional expenses such as of personal nature/excursions/medical exigency not
mentioned in the inclusions.
– Any Monument/ View Point fees during sightseeing.
– Insurance.
– Extended stay or travelling due to any reason.

1. Natural Calamities and Unforeseen Circumstances:

   • Not responsible for loss, delay, or cancellation due to natural disasters, bad roads, roadblocks, or unforeseen events.
   • No responsibility for additional transportation or accommodation costs in such cases.

2. Check-in and Adjustments:

   • No adjustments if the guest checks in at a different place than reserved.

3. Plan Changes:

   • Be flexible; last-minute changes may occur due to bad weather for safety.
   • Guests cannot make last-minute itinerary changes; the company can if necessary.

4. Refund Policy:

   • No refunds for unused services due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Accommodation Changes:

   • Reserved accommodation may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Vehicle Breakdown:

   • Alternate vehicle provided in case of breakdown; no compensation for lost time, missed meals, or missed events.

7. No-show and Early Check-out:

   • Non-refundable for no-shows; early check-out incurs a one-night room charge plus taxes.

8. Government Orders and Other Issues:

   • No refunds for issues caused by government orders, strikes, weather, protests, or landslides.
   • Backup plans are usually available, but some activities may be canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances.

The following refund shall be payable to the guest in case of valid cancellation as
per the guidelines.
– Cancellations up to 21 days prior to departure date: 70% refund
– Between 21 days to 14 days prior to departure: 50% refund
– Between 14 days to 10 days prior to departure: 30% refund
– Less than 10 days of departure: Non Refundable
